Rittenhouse Square is one of the most desirable places to live in Center City, Philadelphia. Hundreds of restaurants and shops of every kind are withing walking distance. Using public transportation or taxi service, you can be anywhere in Center City in minutes. Rittenhouse Square is conveniently located just blocks from both Market Street and Broad Street, the main commercial corridors in Center City.

Fitler Square is a beautiful residential neighborhood on the western side of Philadelphia. Because of its proximity to the University of Pennsylvania, Fitler Square attracts many members of the Penn community, CHOP and the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. Fitler Square is also close to the business district, Amtrack 30th Street station and minutes from Rittenhouse Square.

Washington Square West is in between Rittenhouse Square and Society Hill/Olde City. Washington Square West is a colorful part of town that is surrounded by Kahn Park, Antique Row, Washington Square, and both the Thomas Jefferson and Pennsylvania Hospitals. It is convenient to the business district as well as performing arts venues on the Avenue of the Arts. Washington Square West features a large array of neighborhood-style restaurants and bars.

Avenue of the Arts is home to many of Philadelphia's cultural attractions including the Kimmel Center, the Academy of Music, the Wilma Theater and the Merriam Theater. Both value-priced and luxury class apartment buildings line the Avenue of the Arts section of Broad Street, which connects City Hall and Washington Avenue. Avenue of the Arts is adorned by beautiful street lamps and walkways. It's an ideal location for Center City living, close to everything.

Old City is the birthplace of Philadelphia. In addition to being home to the Liberty Bell, Independence Hall and dozens of other attractions, it is a great place to live because of the numerous restaurants, art galleries, clubs, theaters, and original cobblestone streets.

Roxborough/Manayunk is a neighborhood in Northeast Philadelphia Area. It is bordered to the southwest, along the Schuylkill River, by the neighborhood of Manayunk, along the northeast by the Wissahickon Creek section of Fairmont park, and to the southeast by the neighborhood of East Falls. Convenient to Historic Chestnut Hill & Center City Philadelphia.

King of Prussia is in Upper Merion Township/Montgomery County. It is home to the King of Prussia Mall, the largest shopping complex in the United States, based on shopping area square footage. King of Prussia is well served by many transit lines including buses, the Norristown High Speed Line operated by Septa and is easy to get to from the Schuylkill Expressway (I-76) from Center City, Philadelphia.
